Rule 219
Statements and Information by the Minister
(1) The Minister may give a statement or information in the meeting with the permission of the Speaker on matters of public importance.
(2) On the statement or information given according to sub-rule (1), with the permission of the Speaker, questions can be asked focusing on the content and the responsibility of answering such questions will be on the concerned minister.
